On-Screen Keyboard added

Since MIDI connectivity is a bit of an issue in a lot of platforms (web, iOS), I added an onscreen keyboard. This way, anyone can learn the notes even if they don't own a keyboard. I still need to test if it works on iOS and mobile in general.

Plug in your MIDI keyboard (or use the On-Screen keyboard) and play the notes before they push you off a cliff.
